We offer both delivery and in-store pick-up options. Please ensure all order details are correct to avoid delays or additional charges.

As we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, every bouquet is unique and may vary slightly from images shown. Substitutions of flowers, foliage, vases, boxes or colours may occur when required to maintain quality and design integrity.

Our flowers are sourced from a mix of local growers and trusted suppliers across Australia and overseas. This includes the Gold Coast hinterland, Northern NSW, Redland Bay, Lockyer Valley, other Australian regions, and select international farms. We always choose the best quality blooms available.

Some flowers may arrive in bud to allow the recipient to enjoy them opening over time. Seasonal availability means designs may vary, but the overall style and value will always be honoured.

If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once flowers or plants leave our care, we cannot be responsible for how they are maintained. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours. We stand by our work while acknowledging that flowers are natural and require proper care.
